Blueberry Protein Muffins
- 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Instant Oats
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 tbsp Agave
- 3 oz Blueberries
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Egg Whites
- 1 large Egg
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 2/3 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Whisk egg.

Melt Butter

Combine oats, butter, eggs, egg whites, cinnamon, almond milk, vanilla extract, salt, and agave. Mix well.

After all ingredients are mixed, fold in blueberries.

Portion in the muffin tin.
Recommendation: Use silicone baking cups to prevent sticking.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
