Egg Muffins
Each muffin contains:
111 calories; 3g carbs, 5g fat, 14g protein
- 10 Eggs
- 1 Cup Broccoli (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Onion (diced)
- 1 Cup Mushroom (diced)
- 1/2 Cup Bell Peppers (diced)
- 1 handful Spinach
- 2/3 lbs Ham

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Dice up all vegetables.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk eggs. Then add in veggies.

Pour mixture in greased muffin tin (should fill about 10 muffins).

Bake for 18-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
