Sugar is EVERYWHERE during the Holidays

There’s no doubt the holiday season is THE HARDEST time to eat nutritious food and make smart choices.

Office parties, family get-togethers, and our sweet seasonal favorites fill our schedules. Problem is, all those foods are just so good. But they’re like sugar minefields.

Worst of it, too many people walk through the holidays with no plan. 

When you take a flight, the pre-flight checklist includes instructions about how to put on your oxygen mask should you need it. They tell adults to put their mask on first before trying to help a child. 

Why? Because it’s so easy to forget about ourselves in that moment of panic. If we pass out, we can’t help the child or ourselves. 

That’s why it’s important to do these three things before the season takes over:

  2. Make a plan to stay on track
