This smoothie will bring you back to those Strawberry Shortcake ice cream popsicles that you may have enjoyed as a kid.

  • blender


  • 8 oz unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen riced cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp raw cashews
  • 1 splash vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 scoop strawberry/vanilla protein powder


  • Blend all ingredients together until smooth and enjoy!
