Jessica is proof that you are never too young to focus on nutrition and learn how to fuel your body properly for better health and to feel your very best! Over the past six months, Jessica has worked hard to prepare balanced meals to help fuel her busy days which include college courses, homework, work, and CrossFit workouts. She’s got a lot going on, but has learned how to plan meal prep into her busy schedule, and as a result has lost 12 lbs and 6% body fat!
What has been integral to your success in working towards your health and wellness goals?
One thing that has helped me with my success in my health and wellness goals is having a coach that helps me stay accountable! Having someone there to help achieve my goals, cheer me on and talk me through my questions has helped my health and wellness visions come to life!
What are some non-scale victories that you’ve experienced during nutrition coaching?
Some of my non-scale victories I’ve had are my clothes are fitting looser, I am able to lift heavier in the gym and I’ve been getting quite a few PR’s! I’m feeling stronger than ever! I am also able to sleep through the night while feeling energized during the day.
What advice would you give someone who is considering the nutrition program, but afraid to sign-up?
Some advice I would give to someone who is afraid to sign up is: As long as you are putting your best foot forward, Coach Emily will help lead the way! The support the coaches and members give helps tremendously. You are not in it alone. We’re just one big community helping each other out with all the tips and tricks we’ve learned along the way. Meal prepping and nutrition was one thing that always scared me, I never knew if I was eating “just right”, doing this program has helped me see that nutrition doesn’t have to be scary at all! I would highly recommend this program!
