We are thrilled to announce our newest program at Sycamore CrossFit: Sycamore Sport Performance
This program is run by our very own Coach Tony, who has years of experience coaching teen athletes.
The program runs Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 2:00pm.
The goal of the program is to improve strength, endurance, and physical fitness with a focus on sports performance.
The program is open to teens ages 13-18.
