  2. Your goals are not realistic  –You may not take your current lifestyle into consideration or maybe you don’t know what realistics goals are. Hiring a nutrition coach can help you set goals that fit your lifestyle that are also attainable.
  3. There is no follow-up/accountability — If you find yourself falling off track, your coach is there to help you get back on track to reach your goals!
