Time to shed those unwanted risk factors

We often hear people talking about shedding unwanted pounds.

But the scale isn’t everything.

People talk about “risk factors” a lot lately. The phrase is ubiquitous in media.

You’re more at-risk of getting or dying from COVID-19 if you have certain risk factors.

According to the CDC, some of these risk factors include:

  • Obesity
  • Heart Disease
  • Type 2 Diabetes

The idea of risk factors makes some people feel more safe. I don’t have those risk factors, so I’ve got a better shot at beating this.
