Summer Shred Program 2018

A Better You In Just 6 Weeks!!  Real people! Real Results!

Are you wanting that “summer body” or just to feel better and have more confidence? Sycamore CrossFit has the program for you! Space is limited so don’t wait to sign-up! This PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY! 

Our 6-Week “Summer Shred” program mixes high-repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. We include nutritional guidance and meal plans to get your diet on track! Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will keep you on track by holding you accountable throughout the program.

TWO classes held each weekday and ONE class on Saturday. All training sessions last about 45 minutes.
