Recipe – Overnight Oats

 

Overnight Oats

  • 1/4 cup Quaker Oats
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Banana (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp Pecans (chopped (optional))
  1. Place all ingredients (except nuts) in jar or bowl and stir.

  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  3. Add chopped pecans. (optional
