Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

This quick and easy tilapia recipe is delicious and perfect for nights when you don’t have a lot of time.

  • 2 Tilapia Filets
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesan (powdered)
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Olive Oil (extra virgin)
  1. Thaw tilapia (if frozen). We use Sea Best frozen tilapia filets.

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  3. Place a sheet of tin foil on a baking sheet. Then, lightly coat it with olive oil where you will place each filet of fish.

  4. Mix parmesan, paprika, and salt in a flat dish.

  5. Coat tilapia filets in olive oil. Then dip in parmesan mixture. (I like to really press the mixture into the fish to get extra coating).

  6. Place fish on the baking sheet and place in oven.

  7. Cook for 12 minutes.

  8. Meal idea: Serve with angel hair pasta and a green veggie.
