This can be done in either the crockpot or instant pot
- 1-1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup quinoa
- 4-1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1-1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Spray crockpot with non-stick spray

Rinse quinoa

Combine all ingredients into the crockpot and stir

Turn heat to low

Cook for six hours (if it cooks longer it will get mushy)

Optional: When ready to serve top with milk, berries, and nuts!
For Instant Pot: Follow the first three steps. Press the manual button and cook for 4 minutes. Let it natural release on its own.
