We cannot get enough of these! Who knew they take like five minutes of work?!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbs sugar
- 1.5 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 medium red onion sliced thinly
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix together vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Mix with water in a jar or container to dissolve.
- Add thinly sliced red onion, soak for 1 hr at room temp. Don’t drain.*
