Pickled Onions

We cannot get enough of these! Who knew they take like five minutes of work?! 


  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1.5 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium red onion sliced thinly


  1. Mix together vinegar, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix with water in a jar or container to dissolve.
  3. Add thinly sliced red onion, soak for 1 hr at room temp. Don’t drain.*
