INGREDIENTS
- 100 g low fat cottage cheese (Good Culture brand is amazing)
- 100 g greek yogurt (Two Good brand is lower carb and so good!)
- 2 Sugar Free Jello cups (Any flavor)
- Your Choice of Any Fruit:
- Diced apples
- Diced peaches
- Diced strawberries
- Blueberries
- Extras:
- Granola (Purely Elizabeth is a great option)
- Peanut Butter
- Dash of cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Stir together yogurt and cottage cheese
- Top with fruit, then granola, then drizzle with peanut butter
- Enjoy!
