General Tso's Chicken (Crockpot)

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts
  • 3 cloves Garlic ((chopped))
  • 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Dried Ginger
  • 1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce ((low sodium))
  • 1 bag Frozen Broccoli
  1. Combine garlic, ginger, brown sugar, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes in a bowl, then add chicken.

  2. Pour all chicken and sauce into crockpot and cook on low for 5 hours.

  3. Add broccoli and cook for an additional hour.

  4. Serve over brown rice (count brown rice separately from nutrition facts of this recipe).
