August Committed Club

Introducing Monthly Committed Clubs!

We are excited to be adding a little something special to our Bright Spots Board. The Committed Club is designed to celebrate members who have attended 15 or more group classes in the previous month.

While not everyone needs to attend 15 times per month to reach their goals, many of our goals can be reached faster through more consistent attendance.

We are so proud of everyone who comes into Sycamore CrossFit to reach their goals, but we are especially proud to celebrate the dedication of the individuals listed below.

Summer Shred Program 2018

A Better You In Just 6 Weeks!!  Real people! Real Results!

Are you wanting that “summer body” or just to feel better and have more confidence? Sycamore CrossFit has the program for you! Space is limited so don’t wait to sign-up! This PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY! 

Our 6-Week “Summer Shred” program mixes high-repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. We include nutritional guidance and meal plans to get your diet on track! Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will keep you on track by holding you accountable throughout the program.

TWO classes held each weekday and ONE class on Saturday. All training sessions last about 45 minutes.

This challenge is for guys & ladies so grab a friend or spouse and sign up TODAY!
