Sycamore CrossFit Kids Program
Starting June 1st, Kid’s CrossFit (ages 1st-5th grade) will be held Mondays and Wednesdays at 9 am. Weather permitting we will have part of the class outside so please make sure your athletes wear a good pair of shoes that allow for running and also remember to have them bring along a water bottle! Looking forward to a fun and strong summer!

Sycamore CrossFit Teens Program
We’ve had an interest in a teen’s strength class. While we currently allow athletes in 6th grade and up into our adult classes, there are a few teens/pre-teens who would prefer to be in a class with athletes more their age group. If you have an interested teen athlete please send us an email. I’d like to find a time that can fit into everyone’s schedule! Currently, our plan is Monday and Wednesday at 10 am.

Sycamore CrossFit 2024 Summer Sports Performance

Dates: Tuesday June 17th – Thursday July 25th (No Class on Thursday, July 4th)

CrossFit Sports Performance 10:15 AM
Each day will start with a performance-based warm-up for injury resilience. The class structure will be focused on CrossFit. We will be working on increasing speed, power, and strength while maintaining proper form. We will practice jumping, sprinting/running, lifting, and body weight movements to make each athlete the most fit version of themselves. The goal will be to increase each athlete’s skill with weighted movement and body weight control to improve their strength and resilience on the field.
