Energy Balls

Nutrition Facts:

Each ball contains 110 calories, 8g Carbohydrates, 5g Fat, 8g Protein

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 4 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2.5 Scoops UR Vanilla Whey Protein
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon ((optional))
  1. If too dry, add a small drop of water to moisten

  2. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes

  3. Remove and roll into 12 balls
