Apple Pie Protein Shake

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Banana ((frozen))
  • 1/2 Granny Smith Apple ((or 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce))
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Clove Powder
  • 1 scoop UR Protein ((vanilla or chocolate))
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey ((optional))
  1. Blend.
